This chip is an exclusive design for our company and is a high quality 2 colour moulded clay plastic chip that has a recess area to enable a special full colour printed label to be inserted with your own personal design. The standard labels are laser printed but for an extra 25% they can be plastic laminated with a thin layer of translucent plastic material that protects the printed label from quickly getting scratched so it will resist liquid spills for a reasonable period along with frequently handling.
Simple artwork time is included to put wording, numbers and place your own images provided but If you would like us to design something specifically for you then we charge 30 per hour but prior to such works being started we will provide an estimate for your approval.
If the design you want printed on the chip is provided electronically in an editable .eps format or high resolution jpg (any credible graphic studio will be able to do this for you) then we won’t charge anything for the nominal amount of time that we have to spend to prepare your design for manufacture.
Standard labels can be delivered within 1 week depending on quantity and workload if you have a time critical project just contact us for clarification on delivery times for your specifications.
If you want to save costs then you can elect to stick the labels on yourself and you can apply a 25% discount to the prices quoted. If you want to make your order online then please add a note like SELF STICK to the comments back that appears on stage 2 of the order completion process.
