If you have bought this design and need to top up your chips and we are out of stock then on condition your new order is in excess of or very nearly equal to the quantity of chips you already have then you can return your old chips to us to be replaced with an alternative design or colour of the same design that remains in stock. i.e. if you have 100 and you want another 100 but we no longer have black stock then you can pay for 100, send us back your old 100 and we will send you 200 of another colour (we tell you the options) so that your whole set remains useful.
