FIFIREFOX (13 May 2007) - This browser is not compatible with the display of our photos so try an alternative like Microsoft internet explorer.

YELLOW HIGHLIGHT (circa 2005) - In the order completion process all the fields are yellow and text light blue that makes it difficult to read what you type. This was first highlighted as a problem with browsers that have installed google toolbar. There is an option to highlight fields that can be Auto Filled in yellow. To overcome the problem you need to turn this option off.

YOU HAVE SELECTED NO PRODUCTS (circa 2001) - If message displays at the end of the order process then the process has not completed. Here are some possible reasons for this message:-
  • If you are using www.casino-shop.co.uk then restart your order at www.poker-shop.co.uk as the cart version is more up to date and should overcome a potential problem if you have typed an apostrophe(') or quotation mark ('').
  • Your session timed out if you have taken a very long time to select your products especially the case if you had an interruption during the order completion process.
  • You have used your browsers BACK button in the final order process rather than the cart BACK icons.

    Home page - click on the text description or image of any category that is of interest to you. This will take you to the product list section.

    Product list - Here you will find a text list of categories on the left and products for the currently displayed section. You can click on any text on this category list at any time to view a different category. For each product there are basic details and a text entry box that you can click on and type a quantity to add to your personal shopping cart. Click the ADD image to add the quantity typed or shown. If you have already put some of these items into your shopping basket then that quantity is shown in a text entry box with a REMOVE image that you can use to remove it. If you click on the image or the More Information text link to see an enlarged photo of the product, most have an extensive description and a few have photos at a different angle.

    Your cart - Whenever you add an item to your shopping basket a summary of your order will be shown. You can click on any of the category texts or hit the return to shopping icon to return to your previous category.

    Secure order - Click on this icon to view a summary of your order. You can also select a Saturday delivery (optional extra) if desired. If you have completed your order then click on the proceed icon to enter your address and payment details. If there are any special circumstances please use the COMMENT box to give us an vital information about delivery deadlines or particular days you want the order shipped etc. Clicking proceed when complete the order system will check the delivery costs and show your final order summary that if you are happy with you can click on the proceed button for the third and final step. You will then be given your order reference number and shown any special notes about your order.

    Email - It is very important that you provide a valid email address. An email is sent to this address with a link that allows you to review the details of your order and track the progress of your order at our office. Our office also receives an email telling us about your order. Depending on the time of day we may only receive this on the next working day. Unless there is a problem preventing us progressing with dispatch we will authorise your payment (or if appropriate wait for it's arrival by post) then your order will enter our dispatch department and usually dispatched by the end of the next working day.

    If there are any problems at any stage we will try to contact you as soon as it is practical for us to do so. If your order is urgent it would be wise of you to provide us with all your phone contact numbers.
