Supply

Is subject to and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and the Parties hereby subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts thereof.

Goods

Our goods are offered on an invitation to buy basis, not a right to sell. Whilst we accurately measure and weigh all items please allow a reasonable tolerance for rounding effects and varieties in our supply.

Import Licensing

It is wholly the customer responsibility to ensure that the goods they purchase from us for delivery to countries outside the EEC have any special licences or permission required for receiving gambling products in a country that outlaws gaming.

The responsibility for any loss arising from customs seizure of prohibited items to that country is entirely with the customer, but we will endeavour to provide suitable description of the goods to try and avoid highlighting the gambling possibilities.

Stock

The quantities shown indicate what we should presently have stored in our warehouse.
Stock may sometimes be incorrect, therefore we will make efforts to substitute items for an equivalent where appropriate, or discuss the available options with the customer.

Delivery Services

We will endeavour to get your order ready for collection by our chosen courier service by the end of the next working day.
For the avoidance of doubt please be aware if there are unavoidable delays the basic delivery costs are not refundable.

Urgent Deliveries

If you require a delivery urgently, you should select the Priority Packing option whilst entering your details. This option prioritises any UK order placed before 1pm (UK) for same day dispatch and next working day delivery service.
If we fail to get such packages ordered before 1pm to the courier on the approrpiate working day then we will refund the priority packing surcharge but not basic delivery fee.
To avoid disappointment; if you are unsure, please contact us by telephone to confirm the status of the order for you – any required changes can then be made.

If you require specific delivery options (such as next day before 9am), you will be offered these alternatives before finalising your order with us. If you do not see what you require, please contact us by telephone to discuss your requirements.

Additional Security Checks

To protect you from fraud we may perform additional security checks where specific circumstances are met or where we feel that a security check is required.

These inlcude:

• Alternate Delivery Locations with a high value.
• UK Non Mainland orders with a weight over 2kg.
• Orders outside of the United Kingdom.

If your order falls within one of the above categories, it may be subject to a simple security check; this will verify to us that you are the cardholder. We will inform you if your order needs to go through this process.

Customised Goods

Any customised goods that are not paid for in full within 30 days of any pre arranged initial partial payment plan, or not collected within 90 days, will be treated as abandoned goods and will be disposed of accordingly.
